Pennyfarthing Homes
An established name. A fresh introduction.
Pennyfarthing Homes’ next chapter unfolded across five developments and 248 homes. Corporate brand stewardship accompanied each launch, connecting an established Vancouver builder with a new collection of addresses whose architecture and settings gave them distinct characters.

The collection
Five addresses. One considered approach.
Bennington House introduced the Cambie Collection with 42 homes. Grayson followed with 58 residences and a paperless virtual presale experience developed with Yongle Technologies. Hawthorne’s 44 homes turned towards Queen Elizabeth Park; Basalt’s 52 brought a modernist, material-led expression to the collection. Across the water, Creston’s 52 North Vancouver residences centred on a sheltered courtyard and shared spaces.
The work held continuity at the company level while giving each development its own introduction. Tanner Wilson of Theorem Design Inc. helped translate those individual stories into their visual identities and printed materials.
