Pennyfarthing Homes / Development project
Creston
A sheltered courtyard sits at the heart of Creston. Around it, 52 North Vancouver residences and a collection of shared spaces bring a communal dimension to Pennyfarthing Homes’ four-storey development.

The project
Room for everyday company.
Shift Architecture’s rooflines and timber-toned soffits give Creston its West Coast character. Inside, Portico Design Group carried that warmth into the homes and amenity lounge, with a shared kitchen, children’s play area, patio and garden extending daily life beyond the private residence.
The launch took its direction from this relationship between home and shared space. The courtyard and communal rooms offered a grounded account of life at Creston, rooted in the building itself.
A North Shore palette.
Deep green, warm metallic accents and tactile print gave the identity by Tanner Wilson of Theorem Design Inc. a character distinct from the Cambie Collection. The materials reflected Creston’s architecture and setting, connecting its first introduction with the completed homes.
