Experience

Marketing leadership in practice.

Bailey McRae is a Vancouver-based marketing leader and strategist with 14 years of experience across residential development, rental, mixed-use and corporate mandates.

She built BLVD’s founding marketing function as the business grew from three people to 35. At MLA Canada, she led a 20+ person marketing department within the 135-person business while managing an active development portfolio. At Macdonald Platinum, she rebuilt the division’s positioning, brand, team, Vancouver office and business-development platform.

Through BSMNT, she connects market intelligence, product and pricing with brand direction and customer experience, then organizes the budgets, people and processes needed to deliver.

How the work moves

01 / Diagnose.Find the actual commercial, audience or product problem—not the cosmetic version of it.
02 / Decide.Create a clear position and a system people can use to make the next hundred decisions.
03 / Deliver.Carry the strategy into brand, launch, place, campaign and the operational details that make it stick.

Where BSMNT is useful

When a project needs both nerve and a plan.

Development & commercialization.
Market intelligence, product and pricing, positioning, sales and leasing strategy, and customer communications, from early planning through launch and completion.

Brand & customer experience.
Connecting positioning with identity, campaigns, digital experiences, sales tools and physical environments. Directing specialist creative and production teams so the work holds together across touchpoints.

Teams & delivery.
Building the structure behind the work: team roles, budgets, procurement, schedules, training and reporting. Making complex mandates more coordinated, accountable and manageable.
