Pennyfarthing Homes / Development project
Grayson
At Cambie and 26th, Grayson paired a contemporary residential address with a new way to purchase a home. Its launch brought 58 concrete residences to market and, through a partnership with Yongle Technologies, introduced Western Canada’s first completely paperless virtual real estate presale transaction.

The project
The purchase, reconsidered.
A purchaser could select a home, choose a colour scheme and upgrades, assign parking and storage, and progress the transaction online. The Yongle Technologies partnership brought those decisions together beyond the presentation centre, changing a process traditionally organised around paper and the sales desk.
The homes retained the considered character of Pennyfarthing’s Cambie Collection. Raymond Letkeman Architects combined brick, broad glazing and pronounced rooflines, while Cristina Oberti Interior Design brought warm materials and generous windows to the interiors.
A distinct address on Cambie.
Tanner Wilson of Theorem Design Inc. developed the visual identity alongside the project’s architectural story. The launch presented both the character of the homes and a purchase experience that could meet buyers wherever they were.
