Pennyfarthing Homes / Development project
Bennington House
On Yukon Street, Bennington House introduced Pennyfarthing Homes’ Cambie Collection. Its 42 residences brought together Ramsay Worden Architects’ design and Cristina Oberti’s interiors, establishing the first address in a collection that would develop along the corridor.

The beginning
The first address.
Bennington’s introduction set the tone for the collection: contemporary homes with a sense of permanence and a connection to the surrounding neighbourhood. The architecture and interiors informed a warm, understated identity by Tanner Wilson of Theorem Design Inc.
Tactile printed materials and an off-site sales environment gave that identity a physical presence before the homes were complete. The work established a point of continuity for subsequent launches, leaving each new address room for its own character.
Craft, on paper.
The Bennington House brochure received a Veritiv UVU printing award. Its production made the project’s attention to material and detail tangible, recognising the collaboration behind its printed expression.
