Advent’s established property-management business entered a new chapter as VADA. The rebrand brought its experience in residential rentals, tenant placement, building management, commercial property and project leasing under one name—preserving the trust built with owners and tenants while making the full breadth of the business clear.

01 / The reset
Making the breadth clear.
The move from Advent to VADA was a change of identity, not a business starting from zero. Its property-management experience and existing relationships were the foundation. BSMNT clarified how the services, audiences and client process fit together, giving the rebrand a coherent account of an already established business.
Letterbox Design created the visual identity and art direction. Its expression gave the business a contemporary presence while accommodating the range of VADA’s property expertise.

A presence in the city.
Website direction and copy brought the services into one accessible introduction. The identity extended through stationery, information sheets, signage and vehicles, connecting the digital business with the places where its work is encountered.
Implementation coordination kept those applications aligned with Letterbox’s design, from printed materials to the launch communications.
